Manama, The Head of the Medical Biochemistry Department in the College of Medicine and Medical Sciences at the Arabian Gulf University (AGU), Dr. Mai Salah Sater, has finished her participation in the Health Leadership Development Program, which was conducted in Kuwait on December 14-19.
The program, which was organised by the GCC’s Health Council in collaboration with Harvard University, addressed several topics, the most important of which are: big-impact leadership behaviour and its reflection on team members, organisations and results, in addition to the development and execution of strategic plans, and planning the workforce.
They discussed the most important discoveries and innovative applications in the field of artificial intelligence, geographic informatics, digital and mechanical technology in the field of medicine and general health in addition to healthcare innovations that further develop the health aspect of the sustainable development goals.
Dr. Mai has expressed her thanks and gratitude to AGU for its constant support in developing its cadres and sending them to the best programs and international universities.
