France urges Iran to stop missiles’ development

PARIS, France on Friday called on Iran to stop all activities related to developing ballistic missiles that could be equipped with nuclear warheads.

The French Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the Iranian missile program contravenes United Nations Security Council Resolution, 2231.

All missiles activities in Iran must be stopped, it stressed.

Iran has recently declared a plan to launch two satellites aboard locally manufactured rockets.
