Israeli forces arrest 12 Palestinians in West Bank – Prisoners Club

RAMALLAH, Israeli forces arrested 12 Palestinians from West Bank Thursday, the Palestinian Prisoners Club (PPC) said in a press statement.

Occupation forces arrested four Palestinians, one of which was an editor from Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).

They incarcerated two citizens from Qalqilya city and four others from Bethlehem, Al-Khalil (Hebron) city, in addition to an editor from Jenin city and another citizen from Nablus.

Clashes broke out in Ramallah, rubber bullets fired and Jerusalem was gassed, injuring a photojournalist, according to eyewitnesses.

Israeli forces stepped up arrests in West Bank during the last two weeks, following the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) incident west of Ramallah about two months ago.
