Israeli forces injure four Palestinians, arrest 16 others

RAMALLAH, Four Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire and 16 others arrested on Thursday during clashes at Daheesha camp in south of Bethlehem.

They were wounded in a live ammunition attack by Israeli security forces, local sources said, describing their conditions as stable.

Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces arrested 16 Palestinians, including a reporter, Palestinian Prisoners Club said in a press release.

Eight citizens, including activists and a reporter, were arrested in Hebron governorate, another five in Jenin Governorate, two in Ramallah and one in Jerusalem, it added.

Israeli forces execute daily arrests on the West Bank and Jerusalem.
