Deputy Board Chairman of Kuwait Credit Bank Salah Al-Modhaf inaugurated the smart branch service, dubbed ‘tam’ (completed or done) at the KCB HQ on Sunday.
The move is one of the Bank’s achievements in the digitization drive, Al-Modhaf said during the ceremony on this occasion.
“Through this service, a client can have access to all banking transactions, including loans, inquiries and clearance certificates, around the clock as if they were dealing with a bank employee,” he added.
