KUNA chief condoles with Bahrain over PM’s demise

Chairman of the Federation of Arab News Agencies (FANA) and Director General of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Duaij Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah expressed his deepest condolences to Bahrain over the death of Bahrain’s Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa.

In a press statement on Thursday, Sheikh Mubarak noted the efforts and achievements of Prince Khalifa in building modern-day Bahrain. He added that he also stood side by side with Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Essa Al-Khalifa in facing challenges in the kingdom.

Meanwhile, KUNA chief spoke of Prince Khalifa’s efforts in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and his wise leadership and his strong ties with Kuwait.

He also said that the Bahraini Prime Minister exerted big efforts to develop Arab media field, especially when he chaired FANA.
