— His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent, Friday, a congratulatory cable to President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni on his country’s national day, wishing him a long healthy life and more development for his country.

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah also sent similar cables to President Museveni.
