Kuwait bourse benchmark jumps 96.06 points

Kuwaitآ’s stock exchange closed Tuesdayآ’s session with the benchmark (All Share Market Index) rising by 96.06 points to reach 5018.37 points in an increase worth 1.95 percent.
Volume of exchanged stocks under the benchmark hit 124.9 million shares through 7,588 spot transactions, valued at KD 27.17 million (USD 100.5 million).
The Main Market Index had also increased by 14.6 points, getting up to 4089.20 points (0.36 percent) through a stock volume of 69.45 million shares, done in 2,472 deals worth KD 3.8 million (USD 14 million).
Premier Market Index climbed 136.6 points for a total of 5488.80 (2.55 percent) in stock volume of 55.5 million shares, through dealings amounting to 5,116, valued at KD 23.31 million (USD 86.2 million).
Meanwhile, Kuwait Bourseآ’s Main Market 50 (BKM50) ticked up by 33.7 points to reach 4063.62 points (0.84 percent), through stock volume of 59.31 million shares, done in 1,909 spot deals worth KD 3.4 million (USD 12.5 million).
