Kuwait mulls plans to resume commercial flights


The authorities are mulling plans to resume commercial flights via Kuwait International Airport


Minister of Health Shaikh Dr. Basel Humoud Al-Sabah held a meeting  with   Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) officials and followed up on plans to re-operate flights.


The session examined the guidelines for resuming the commercial flights, amid the fight against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).


The ministers taking part in the meeting were briefed  about preparations at the airport buildings and terminals for resuming the commercial flights with the required health precautions for outgoing travelers and arrivals.
