Kuwait recorded 829 new coronavirus cases and five deaths in the past 24 hours, said the Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
The new figures raised the total number of cases to 96,301 and deaths to 568, said the ministry’s official spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad in a statement to KUNA.
There are currently 84 patients in the ICU units, as the total number of patients still receiving medical care is 9,514, he added.
The number of swabs in the past 24 hours is 4,534, raising the number of swabs to 684,204.
The ministry has announced earlier today curing 718 patients, raising the number of recoveries to 86,219.
