Kuwait’s acting PM offers condolence over Algerian plane crash victims

KUWAIT, Kuwaiti Acting Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Friday sent a cable of condolences to Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika over the victims of a recent plane crash.

He voiced heartfelt condolences and sadness over the plane crash, which left hundreds of people dead or injured, the Ministry of Defense said in a press release.

Sheikh Nasser Sabah prayed Almighty Allah to bestow mercy upon the deceased and swift recovery to those injured in the tragedy, it added.

An Algerian military plane on Wednesday crashed near Boufarik airport, killing and wounding scores.
