Saudi King lays corner stone for USD 3 billion ventures

RIYADH, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz laid the corner stone for up to 151 development enterprises worth 11.8 billion riyals (USD 3.146 billion) during a visit to Tabuk on Tuesday, it was officially announced.

Tabuk Amir, Prince bin Sultan, said in a statement during a gathering of the region residents who welcomed the monarch, said inauguration of these enterprises came simultaneously with wide-scale development at the national level.

The new projects involve a large number of ministries, authorities, in addition to the ventures run by the Public Investment Fund regarding the key projects, Neom, the Red Sea and Amala.
