Trump, Johnson discuss attacks on Aramco facilities

LONDON, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and US President Donald Trump on Wednesday discussed, via phone, Saturday’s attacks on Saudi Aramco oil facilities.

“They condemned the attacks and discussed the need for a united diplomatic response from international partners,” the British prime minister’s office said in statement.

It added that they also spoke about Iran and agreed that they must not be allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon.

They also touched upon Brexit and the UN General Assembly meeting next week.
