US House passes USD 738 bln military bill

WASHINGTON, The US House of Representatives passed Wednesday evening a USD-738-billion defense policy bill.

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) passed in a 377-48 vote, out of which 41 Democrats and six Republicans voted “no.” The USD 738 billion bill is up next for the Senate to pass next week before sending it to President Donald Trump to sign into law.

The bill also includes establishing the Space Force.
